Unfortunately, due to sanitation and health regulations at Get Lashed Gorgeous we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on items. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. When purchasing our products you agree to these terms upon checkout. Please remember all Get Lashed Gorgeous lashes have been handmade, there may be small differences between each lash. This is not a defect but what makes our lashes unique.

At Get Lashed Gorgeous we do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.

Please track your shipments! Get Lashed Gorgeous is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Orders will begin processing your order immediately after you submit it.

-All orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

-While we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours (business hours) after the order has been placed, circumstances and situations out of our control can occur at the hand of our carriers during drop off and pick ups.

- At this time we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States.


Shipping Regulations

- All shipping rates are determined by the courier, and not by Get Lashed Gorgeous.

- Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.

-Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all the items featured are in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order has been submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and you will be fully refunded for the out of stock item.

Unfortunately we do not have a back order system in place and you will need to place a new order. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock.
