FAQ

  • How do I apply my Eyelashes?
Using tweezers, carefully remove either lash from lash tray. Measure the length of your eye by holding the lash to your lash line. Trim the lash strip to desired length. Apply lash adhesive along the lash band and allow glue to sit for 30 seconds or until glue becomes tacky. Using tweezers, or an eyelash applicator place lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible, starting from center, then inner and outer sides. Use the back of your tweezers to press into place. Apply eye liner to fill in any gaps (optional). Repeate on the other eye.
  • How do I remove my Falsie?
GLG lashes should come off without much effort or discomfort when the lash is applied properly and not applied to your natural lash. To remove, start at the outer corner and gently pull the lash towards the direction of your tear duct. Repeat this process with the other eye. If you are having difficulty with your lash removal, try applying a non-oil based makeup remover along your lash line with a q-tip or cotton swab. After the adhesive has fully softened, again, lift the outer corner of the lash band and gently pull the lash inwards towards your tear duct.
  • How many times can I wear my Falsies?
Our lashes are carefully handmade and with proper care are reusable for up to 20 wears. Well cared for lashes will last even longer. To get the most out of your lashes: Gently remove the glue from your GLG lashes. Store lashes back in their tray to maintain a natural shape.
  • Do False Eyelashes ruin my natural lash?
No, your Falsies should never damage your natural eyelashes. When GLG lashes are applied correctly and removed gently, there will be no harm done to your natural lashes.
